LIFESEED INTERNATIONAL TRUST:
L.I.T. is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. This Trust is organized to provide research and development, consulting, technical advice, funding and funding assistance for environmentally and socially (friendly) beneficial products, technology and services to those individuals whose products, technologies or services are unable to reach or have difficulty in reaching the public marketplace and/or those who otherwise are disadvantaged by having little or no access to such services, funding or funding assistance. The Trust will hold all technology Patents, Service Marks, Trademarks in order to preserve the intellectual property for the good of humanity.
